please please guide me how can do preparation for MTO test In PIA ?

A friend of mine told me that these MTO jobs are basically marketing jobs. As PIA is going in a deficit, they need to boost up their marketing strategy and will assign the MTO's to sell tickets and other products. They will have a portfolio just like some banking marketing jobs.
I am not sure if it is utterly true, but it definitely put a doubt in my mind whether to apply for these posts or not.
