What is physical standard of fitness?
Is there any running test in this patrol officer Bs 14?

In advertisement it is nit written that you have to run for 1 mile.

I think 9 minutes will be given to run 1 mile distance. That's a standard time and distance usually in Pakistan.

Yes, it is the standard parameter of fitness. I will try to practice to increase stamina for running test.

There is no running or other kind of physical activities in physical standards.only chest , height and driving professioncy is required.
