Because I am in motorway police as PO.In previous advertised posts there was nothing related to fitness and physical activity.

If you can lose 4 to 5 kgs that would be ideal weight.

It is really impossible apparently due to the hectic job and CSS. Since you are in very familiar about Motorway, please do suggest me whether I need to take this test or not, will they reject if overweight like that of army?

Written test shall be conducted in Mid of April 2018. However there is a very strict criteria of medical and fitness test. In 2014, a lot of candidates who failed to meet the height and fitness criteria applied, which as a result increased the cut off marks for qualifying the test.
The selection procedure, however is sluggish. 183 posts of patrol officers (BS-14) were announced in August 2014, whose test was conducted in end of October 2014. 697 candidates were initially selected in the written test in feb 2015.
However, just 43 candidates were selected for the posts on 14th October 2016, 19 months after the result of written test.

What are the criteria of fitness other than height and chest. My weight has been 81 with 5-8". Should I apply? Plz tell me if there is possibility of rejection, so that I may not waste my time and go for CSS preparation activities.

Medical test comprises of blood, urine, xray, eyesight. No running test is conducted. Chest should be 33-35 inches atleast. There is no weight criteria however you should not be obese. Candidates who are even 5'7 will get rejected, even if they pass the written test. Suzuki mehran is given for driving test, which is conducted 3-4 months after the result of written test. They access you for your driving skills, knowledge of street signs and parking in L shape as well as parallel parking.
After clearing those, a interview is conducted by FPSC (panel consists of DIG motorway, member fpsc, a psychologist etc). The entire process takes one year. Upon successful induction, 6 months training is held at National Highways & Motorway Police Training College Sheikhpura for 6 months.
Note: The selection of 2014 batch of patrol officers took 2 years as some candidates had submitted a petition in court, which delayed the procedure.
