I have done BS (IT)...Can i apply for this job as i read subject titled IT in BS IT?

and my age is 30..doing govt job since 7 years....can i apply for this job as upper limit is 28 (5 years age relaxation,can i fall in any category)?

Dear Revboy!

I am highly indebted to your good self for sharing the knowledge and experience, you have earned throughout the years.

I have been serving as Assistant (bps 16) in ANF since 2015 and qualified 2 years continuous service. Am i eligible to apply for this post through proper channel, just to let the previous service counted if selected?

Further, ANF has formulated an SOP to restrict its employees (those who have not attained the 5 years service) from applying through proper channel. Please suggest if i have any legal remedy to challenge the said SOP.

Your reply will be appreciable.

dear Revboy dear i want to know that can a Disable person apply for this post because in advertisment they have clearly mentioned that only physically standard is required means it clearly shows that only height will be checked if i am right about it means that there will be no running and training so plz suggest me am i eligible for this post suggest me
