Can fpsc recruited bps 17 govt employee apply for bps 16 custom inspector job.
I have been employed 1 month ago. I want to apply for custom inspector. Please advice if dpc is required or should i apply without proper channel

Yes you can apply through proper channel. There is no legal issue in it. Number of teachers in 18th grade apply for 17th grade job as they find no charm in teaching.

I dont think so that DPC will be issued for 16th Grade Job to an Employee working in 17th Grade.

I dont think so that there will be an issue if you apply without DPC and get selected and joined the organization.
