This is the government sector where delays are normal. Honestly, waiting for them to do their work is watching paint dry

Anyone has the news that this YDF program has been ended or not?
I got a news that this program is no longer active.
Can someone please confirm it?

Apparently, it seems that it is not active otherwise they would have called the shortlisted candidates. its better to confirm from the relevant department in Planning commission.

I called them and they said this program has been closed.
Disappointed by the PTI government!

Whom did you call? Project Director or Program Manager? The former imparts authentic information whenever I talked to him, before Eid-ul-Adha, the latter was super rude in his conversation. And without even listening to my question, he abruptly responded: the program has been cancelled (this way before eid).

But the program fate was already doomed from the outset when PTI-led govt took over.

Interestingly, two days ago, KP govt issued a notification, imposing 'ban' on all kind of recruitment in public sector universities, effective immediately, citing "extraordinary financial crisis" as a reason. I mean they had promised 1 crore jobs but looking at their performance trajectory they are going they other way around.

May GOD has mercy on us all.

lets not forget that they keep on saying that senior positions in bureaucracy must be from pvt sector. Bnada phir css kyun kare?

Highly disappointed from this gov. Thank God i didnt use my vote for them as this is the " naya Pakistan" they had promised to us. N-league tenure was much better for us graduates to avail oppprtunities regardless of all the corruptions.

has anybody got a call? they didn't terminate this program and shortlisted candidates and even called some candidates for interview. i saw a girl post on "scholarship network" (facebook group) as she was selected for interview and was seeking for interview tips...thats how i came to know about this
