its applies because it is not about 10-20 vacancies there are 100 vacancies .. 12 for balochistan quota and 88 for others.. they will use majority of seats for election compaign..

PPL is not a govt company.. so this should not apply to it..

Since everybody seems to be so impatient I thought I might give you guys some good news (sort of), My brother appeared for the balochistan seats' interview for Chemical Engineering field He got his offer letter on 17th jan. They are offering 25k for the first year of training and 30k for the 2nd year. He was to send back his acceptance by 31st jan.

I guess pakistan seats' candidates would be contacted soon too.

That's a good news, but 25k for first year in training? :S I met a chemical engineer on Trainee position in PPL who was being paid 50k, either they have reduced it or pay scale is different for Balochistan candidates.

No there will be a security check and a medical examining.......... the lastdate to send acceptance is 31st jan. The security and medical check will be after that i guess.
