It means These vacancies 'll be filled on All-Pakistan basis and provincial quota will be enforced as it is done in css exams.

Dear Mubashir, i am highly confused about where to send testimonials?
I am afridi, belong to FATA (peshawar) but reside in Isalamad, so where should i send my documents i.e., islamabad or peshawar address??
and what does location of vacanies mean?

If you are having domicile of FATA, then send it to Peshawar.

nisha while applying for jobs residence doesnt matter, it is domicile that always matters, if your domicile is of fata/islamabad(in sense of domicile islamabad includes in punjab) then check your quota on frb website, and apply as per your domicile quota.

suppose if there is fata vacancy for a particular post, but there is no mention of peshawar in "location of vacancies" option, than where to send?
what does location of vacancies means, can you elucidate this?
