Establishment Division did not stop FBR from recruitment of BPS-1 to 15 employees. FBR headquarters have asked Establishment Division regarding quota distribution and also FBR HQ instructed all field offices to compile the applications and send that complete data to FBR HQ. This is an administrative matter regarding quota allocation and till the completion of official formalities FBR will not recruit any one against the advertised posts. brother it is rule of fpsc that it never conducts the test of jobs below grade 16. where as all the advertised posts of fbr are below 16.
