It was fine , I didn't reply some of the theoritical question from literature but told them the notion and main idea. Mr President asked me a case from conflict management and the whole interview was seemingly more focused on Management instead of HRM.

That's true for all posts announced except FPSC & PPSC. PAEC & KRL are autonomous org. But I ain't sure about its impact on these org.

I think, they will take whole Feb before updating results on hr1384 dot com

Well test was duly comprised HRM and Management so the interview.
Let me know , are you going to appear in such a test in near future? In fact this test was for K RL where test for admin officer at PAEC incldus basic arithmatics , English, analytical , general knowledge questions besides HRM , Management, Marketing. There is another job ad via NTS at PNRA where they have given the test pattern for every post they have offered. Do apply there and all the best for future endeavors
