website update ho gai hai...jin ki pic add nai ho rahi woh pic ka size km karen... <10KB.....em successfully aplly for AM

My pic size is stuck up at 12 kb if i do more decrease it is blured
what shoul i do

actually problem yeh hai jab mein delete ker k new record banati hun n i select BBA (hons) tu subjects mein kuch b nai ata.. n i wont let me save the record.. tu mein BBA kerohn khali tu subjects mein just accounting ata hai.. aur kisi subject ki option nai hai.. save k bad edit kero tu dobara save nai hota.. aur na picture upload ho rhi ha

In the website, the current open position list does not showing the vacancy no 9 that is for the post of Assistant Manager Finance. Any body can guide please
