No idea. It depends. It may be next week or next month. Better idea would be is to make a phone call to CAA HQ at least once in a week.

It’s very nice to see that a few of the friends here have been appointed in CAA. Just one request and that is please share your experience how was the whole process? I am asking because there is some negativity among a few users who have doubts about selection process.

I couldnt get Selected for Electrical post still I know that the selection process was totally transparent. Love You CAA for Keeping merit on Top....

Sir When CAA will conduct APS test, some peoples told me that CAA will cancel that job and offer this job to selected peoples (SAFARSHI)...

Closing date for advertisement 04/2012 for 3 December i got appointment letter on 17 June. Whole process was 110 % transparent, no favoritism nepotism and sifrash culture. Last time in 2010 post for Electrical engineer opened i heard from people that CAA is corrupt organization without Sifarsih and money it is not possible to get job. So , i did not apply. After reading encouraging posts of HR Rep and other members Mudasar tiwana and petarian i applied. Now i can assure all candidates that recruitment 110 % on merit. I got selected due to good score in test and very good interview that last for 15 to 20 minutes with four and half years of experience out of which two and half years in government sector. selection process was totally transparent i very happy that still so many organization follow merit policy and CAA is one of them. I will request all members do not spread rumors else come up with authentic proofs.

ALL other candidates who are preparing for test or interview do not believe rumors and disappoint, hard work keep faith in ALLAH. Future will belongs to hard workers. Soon i will post my interview.

ALL others got selected please endorse my statement otherwise ratify me.

I want to let you know that CAA is a merit based organization. I scored 60 in NTS test and had an awesome interview but I couldn't get selected. the 02 persons hired by CAA from KPK were 01 year senior than me. they were more experienced than me and also their score was more than mine in NTS test. My father is a CAA employ and even Deputy DG and HR Chief in the interview appreciated me for qualifying the test. I thought that as an employ son my chances are very high but instead of Hiring CAA employ son, CAA management preferred Merit and they hired Experienced candidates. I couldn't convince you in any other way. If sifarish were accepted in CAA i would have the appointment Letter now . Just trust in GOD and work hard. You are fooling your self by believing in False roamers.. candidates like Ghulam Mujtaba Got selected because they were deserving and if you have ability you will get selected next time. InshAllah

Please tell me when will you announce AASO tests?

There is resentment and disappointment in the candidates because first of all written test (which was transparent) results were not given any importance in the final selection and people with top scores i n the written test and having relevant up to date qualification were not selected so thats why severe question marks arise in the minds of candidates and that is why they are knocking doors for their right and using forum for this cause particular cause other wise CAA is one of the best organization of Pakistan and there is no doubt about it in the minds of any body.

HR Rep Sir, When the training session of selected Balochistan Package Candidates will start as its almost 2 months passed when medical test was conducted . HQ CAA is not giving any expected date.

AoA, I got 74 marks in AM (HR) written test and was lucky enough to get a interview call from CAA. I have domicile of Sindh (R). Interviews were conducted on 26th June-13. Has anyone got job offer for the post of AM (HR)??
