I got 57 in Law and highest score in Law is 62. Some times on phone they declare my pass some times declared me Fail. What the hell is that.....

That is the beauty and duty of HR: to keep a large pool of waiting candidates by instilling in them false hopes. Unless you have an insider contact, most of the time the whole process is a mirage...

Why do I feel like this 6 month training is just a waste of time. No job and ofcourse no future guarantee of a job in OGDCL because we all know the type of merit exercised when ever vacancies occur in such departments. Influentials will be preferred over trained personnel. I have serious doubt about this program as I am unemployed like many here and 6 months of waste will only make it worse!

You're not alone then. Most employers require at least 1 complete year training and everyone else is considered as fresh. It won't even count towards PEC points as they also require min. 1 whole year (total five) in the relevant field. I don't even know whether I'm going to avail even this or not.

You are right! Yeh to bahut bari topi leg rahi hai. There is a friend of mine who gave the test for 6 months has also been called for the 11 months training program which is really confusing even though that friend of mine has scored lower than me. Yaar har aik banda topi phene raha hai. There is something fishy in the recruitment procedure.

73 marks in electrical or electronics
i am an electronics engineer i scored 65

From what I have been observing, above 60 is pass and below 60 is fail. My analysis is that those who applied for both the 6 month program and the 11 month program, if they have passed the 10th march test have not been called for the one on 31st March. Those who applied in both programs and failed the 10th March test have been called for test on 31st. Is there any case who can prove my analysis wrong ?
