Don't worry guys. OGDCL's management will not do anything wrong this time regarding the number of vacancies and the appointment of the trainees against 2012 adv. My source from FIA told me this.

I will file the petition in IHC, if they reduced the trainee seats. since ogdcl has been hiring internally since 2011 in different departments.

Number of vacancies for 2012 adv was around 200-300. This is the reason they halted the recruitment process and advertised again.
Its under OGDCL CSR to hire the trainees unlike those private oil and gas organization. It really doesn't matter if they hired 1000 internee's in 2015. Its our due right! Ogdcl has been hiring internally just like multi national oil companies but its corrupt management forgot that ogdcl is public organization which has some responsibilities for the nationals.

Ogdcl is exploring oil and gas from our provinces. And it is our due right that ogdcl should be hiring many trainees every year, instead of spending millions in the name of CSR on health, education, scholarship etc where they can get kickbacks easily. I will file a writ petition if they reduced the no of vacancies! Will demand for the complete audit from the court for OGDCL hr policy. Who is with me?

Process is the mainstream field in OGDCL ,where normally chemical engineers are hired, but as per my information only 5 people have been selected in this dept, so number of people selected in other departments will be even more less.
OGDCL was compelled by high court order to resume hiring process and they have done so with selecting minimum number of people.

If u people decide to look towards court once again , if wish you people success , but i think it will be fruitless effort , as they can easily say that we have hired people and if you remember they mentioned in their advertisement that the deserve the right to reduce/enhance number of vacancies, exact number of vacancies was never disclosed though.

Moreover if they select us under pressure of court or any authority , they will kick us out once training period is over , its their history and they are not legally bound to retain anyone.

I guess we should move on , World is not over with OGDCL.

we will have to fight for our rights in this country. Corrupt and incompetent management of the OGDCL thinks as if this is their private home organization. We will teach them a lesson this time. FIA already arrested some ogdcl officials and currently they are under physical remand on corruption. If the court ordered the Audit of HR and HR policy department, things will be very different and clear.
