i have done my MA in international relations with gold medal.i want to apply for the post of research analyst(sps-8).

3rd division or grade c starts from what %?
unluckly i have 49% in intermediate..is this fall in 3rd?

3rd division below 45, grade c 50 to 60percent..... 49 percent is 2nd division with grade d
