can any body exactly guide what would be the pattern of test
Accounts Officer SPS 8
Administrative Officer SPS 8
I am new member just want to confirm it cause different person sharing differnt patterns so bit perplexed which way to

There won't be any sort of general knowledge.
Pattern would be:
HRM, Management, Strategic Management, OB and Marketing 70-80%
IQ based questions 10-20%.

And for Accounts Officer replace the first portion by Financial Management (studied in MBA courses of govt universities) and Accounting (Meigs & Meigs).
IQ will be on same pattern.

But those who applied for both posts won't be considered for both, MBA Finance etc (where competition is cut throat as CA(Inter) with three year articleships are in the race) will be considered for Accounts and those with MPA,MBA (HR) & MA (HR) shall be in the pipeline for Admin officer.

Best of luck especially to Accounts candidates..

It doesn't matter how one input all relevant fields. Make sure not any field remains empty . You can get a print or fill it manually .

I have heard the same ....any idea about no of seats for Admin Officer ? Since induction is proposed for 4 regional offices. D G Khan, D I Khan , Muanwali and Karachi .

I should highly appreciate if you can share one or Two questions of test as you previously given the test bro.
Second is that if i am applying for both admin and accounts why i should not be consider for both as per requirement of admin post one should MBA and for accounts MBA finance is requirement
