I think you can wait for interview call because NTS has already provided you opportunity for test, so if it would be any issue they won't have invited yu for test.
further you can confirm from HR department of SNGPL

salam... i m hasnain from bahawalpur...i scored 56 in sales and these were highest marks in my centre. there was another centre in bahawalpur for sales test, 65 was the highest score and mostly were below 50.... does merit is made on Regional quota or open???? plz share ur sales marks....

I got 55 in sales at gujranwala and I guess that was the highest one in the campus

dear agar merit regional basis per bana tou intvew k liye shortlist hony ka chnc hai....agr na bana tou mushkil he shortlist ho sky..........yar sales ka test kafi mushkil tha specially sales related questions.......sara ka sara pricing se cover kia tha paper bananay waly nai..........aur bht sary sawalo k jwb dbl barrel thy means 2 answer options banty thy.......paper thora ajeeb set kia gya tha.mere centr mai 70 candidates appear huy Sales mai aur jst eight log 50 plus rhy with 56 highest................

Yes dear sales test was quite tough n as such no sales related questions were there and from sukkur center highest marks 62.

Well everyone is saying the same thing

even in my center most of candidates scored near 50 and hardly 2 to 3 person scored above 60.
