I also talked with many outside UMT Lahore center and I came to know that a boy had 62 in logistic and I myself have 66 in logistic. It feels as those who had 60 plus in logistic , they should be confidence. Isn't it ?

if they were already employees of SNGPL then what they have to do with test?
and such thing is not possible in NTS center as there is a lot of public watching and they also have rights and no one stays silent on such acts....

only rumors doesn't make any sense
The test environment in SAAKI Institute, Sukkur was quite disciplined.

yes it definitely makes sense as i also heard in my center there are rare students who touched 60 or 60+ otherwise majority scored below 60.

the scores average are quite low compared to last test, i think its the reason SNGPL this time conducted test through NTS

that is what i am saying... the test environment is every strict and supervisor and invigilators continuously visit classrooms so there is no loophole for cheating and any such thing

Employees of SNGPL also appeared in this exams inorder to get promotion. it was also written on the form which you filled `Are you employee of SNGPL?`
and as far as NTS test is concerned everything is possible in Pak. it was not in my lab but a friend told me such info..

Though my experience of online test was superb since one can give more concentration to the test and quick result kills many doubts. On the other side, in such tests, you are unaware of the surroundings. Invigilators have opportunity to help their target people. One can not look around and keeps focus on the computer.
Paper tests are more reliable that are conducted in halls where a large no. of candidates can easily observe the discipline.

We can hope, system for selection will remain transparent and merit based!

yeah there are some chances and everything is possible but we must be optimisitc

AS far as Interviews are concerned the questions would be:

Introduction, Family background, Current job if any and reasons for leaving the same. one of the candidates was asked for SNGPL sales (Company knowledge). the job related questions like if applying for logistics/Admin should know what is its Job Description. Can consult the website for the same.

Dear last time everyone with 60 and 60+ was called for interview and same is set for this time.

60 is passing marks and also minimum criteria to call for interview so you those with exact 60 will also need to check their junk folder.

Well, I have talked it out with HR. Initial screening is 60. But if a few number of seats remains vacant, then people on the waiting list with a lower score get a chance.

I am afraid you have got wrong perception on this issue. I, along with many colleagues am a living example of being hired and currently working on merit via NTS . Please don't mind but don't follow the philosophy of GRAPES ARE SOUR. At least this NTS recruitment is surely on merit.

Having said that, I do not deny that all recruitments are based on meritocracy but at least those advertised via NTS are merit based.

Bro I didn't sent my documents with my NTS test application form, in-spite of that I got the test invitation. I've got 64 in electrical engineering....Do you think that this document issue will be an obstacle for my interview call?? Please do reply...

I was talking about past experiance ...... the one recently for 24-12-12 add jobs the threshold was 60. lets see this time .... i guess test was a bit tough so may be they would consider some leniency ....
