I think no because computer engineering and instrumentation are different fields but u should clear your query by contacting NTS.
Computer engineering is not listed in the advertisement

How so? Is this same for all engineering branches? I think its good enough if you are a chemical engineer? What if its Fatima Sugar Mill?

as per my research (including errors and omissions),
about 12 candidates have appeared in test.their results are 68,65,63,61,27,43,73,51,65,68,50,absent.
