It is mandatory to send through your university. If you are doing job , send through your organization but recommendation from the university has more worth.

ye kesy possible hai k uni wale apne pass out students ko internship letter bana ker dain... i think it would be not possible for us....?

I think bana to dain gay....but it will be a hectec job to ask from university for letter...
