Dear I myself was very interested in this job (JRO), but the thing is I couldn't afford wasting that much of time....2 days journey and then this disappointment of mismanagement and cheating in the test... I'm already preparing for CSS-2014 and CCE-2013 so it would have been a waste of time....

I consulted a few seniors all gave me advice not to go for test as it was a gamble I had applied against 4 seat of all pakistan....So I dropped out

Though had the test been conducted in Karachi I would have taken it

Well it seems that all the posts are prefixed. The papers seems to be leaked because there was no seal on bags.. There was same paper for all posts (amazing). Mismanagement, lack of interest etc...

In my opinion there will be no merit at all........

Dear papupopat, I was referring to the "Recruitment test" that I didn't take, JRO seats were not for Sindh(R) and good posts were for Sindh(U) so I had to gamble on all Pakistan quota(4 seats) but their preferences didn't even let me gamble.... and I'm taking both CSS 2014 and CCE-2013.

CCE-2013 is Combined Competitive Exam 2013 (PCS/PMS) for Sindh to be conducted by SPSC.....

For your information.
There was another drama there. Those who applied for more than one seat , were asked to sit in exam for higher position, as all the tests were being held at the same time.

They could have told earlier about such a policy so that applicants would have saved the amount of fee paid for multiple positions.

All the test process was extremely shameful for the credibility of NACTA and government.
It was just ridiculous, what they did for recruitment in such an organization and that too for AD, DD and director level posts.

There was a member here i think "KAMB" who mentioned his friend taking this test but I wonder why his friend didn't mention this irregularity in the test to him......Or is it that the last recruitment was transparent ??

Recruitment test was looking just khana puri, poor management they people were worried about how to handle the situation,run time test printing for the applicants, people were shouting in the last rows that excuse me test nai mila abi tk, same test for all posts, openly cheating, washrooms were locked :P maza aa gya test denay ka. I was standing with three people who came to islamabad by air from karachi were criticizing on shameful management. mere sath wali nashit per aik khan sb wakfay wakfay se galiyan daitay rhay management ko.
I didn't take such kind of exam ever before.

Yes you may be right but my humble suggestion is that we can conclude the same after waiting 6-10 days for anyone to say OH YES THAT HE/SHE (or xyz) HAS BEEN CALLED FOR THE INTERVIEW.

I really feel sorry for the disappointment of candidates whose experiences were really bad in tests today. However we should be optimistic regarding the final shortlisting process, as we all already knew or almost came to know about the mismanagement in the said organization for the last couple of years, by keeping in view the past performance of the organization we should give them benefit of doubt and lets wait for the interview call etc as a matter of fact educated and talented people are being recruited obviously to get far more better results from the organization.

Let us assume that all those non serious employees conducted and processed the whole test until today and when inshALLAH! good officers will be part of the organization soon, they will make it the reputable organization as it should have been.

I hope all eligible candidates shall receive an interview call soon InshALLAH!

No one has shared any information regarding tests date and venue for ASI, Constable and LDC?? Kindly share as soon as possible.
