no one tell you about the scale. because it is an autonomous body. they have their own scaling system.

last time i appear in inteview of p.e.f it is autonomous,most jobs are field based,having their own pay scales & i come to know that it is highly paid institution.rest Allah knows.

this is very good and highly paid institution..my classmate is an Officer in PEF and he earns 60+ a month including very good TA DA facility.
