Can you please elaborate the different parts of the salary? I mean are they like "Basic-Allowance-?"
For instance, Grade 17 officer salary is 16000-1200-40000 which means net salary is the sum of them or what? I may sound stupid but sorry for my ignorance.

It means that basic pay will be 16000. With annual increment of 1200 it can reach upto 40,000 if one remains in same scale for 20 years.

"his appointment will be on temporary basis and will not confer on him any title to or claim for permanent or continued appointment in this ministry"

Seniors please clear it, does it mean temporary or permanent job? Or is it temporary till probation period?
