Dear tariq hard work is a step towards success. To justify this you must give examples. Examples means authentic examples. Most of the students write a statement but fails to justify. In paper if you recall the question they had clearly mentioned that justify and give examples. You have done a great job if have given examples for the justification of hardwork and consistency. good luck.

How can you focus on rest if you agree with the statement yes you may focus on rest if you don't agree and one other thing you have to move around success in your writings and should take into account all the variables affecting success

Well, cannot write all but the keywords for the essay were successful man, work, rest (as rest is also important) etc. one should have focused on the long term goals, objectives etc. of man as a prerequisite and the statement as the "continuous cycle" (wake up -work-rest) to be successful.
