nothing is cleared till yet regarding next step. It may be possible that 2nd test will be conducted or merit will be made by aggregate of NTS marks & academic marks or NTS marks alone. let's hope for the best.

the next step can't be the interview without the further scrutiny of passed candidates. arranging interview of whole passed one seems to be impossible.

ofcourse,they are gonna invite documents from candidates who cleared their base of passing.they might set an updated base but that will be a moderate one so that pool of eligible candidates is bigger and they pick best ones.

if they are going to set criteria by aggregate of NTS & Academic then they will not call for documents. NTS will upload merit list because we had already forwarded our academic detail to NTS.

mark my words if there is a second test there will be no interview ... if there is no second test there will be interview and chances of a second test are more likely and this comes from authentic source

there is no practice of hiring without interview at Federal Organization.

I think there would be another test but hiring without any interview seems odd as it is not a normal practice. Lets see what happens next :blink:

I guess it would be subjective type test comprising of business related questions or case studies.

Rumours and confusion; not any more.
 
As described, in EOBI meeting, recruitment policy could be sorted in two steps viz.

1) Determination of eligibility of applying candidates

2) Merit as determined in 2nd phase
through test.

NTS, both of the steps first on 7th may when list of eligible candidate was displayed and second on 17th and 18th may 2014 , had followed; now
NTS soon publish the merit list.

There is strong reason to believe that it is the recruitment policy and procedure of EOBI (if not confused by the wording of the policy): if some one go through the recruitment policy of educators which describes the recruitment on merits determine through NTS marks(10 %) plus remainder (90%) form academics weight age.

So no more confusion.

that makes alot of sense.they cant just do the selection of this easy cheesy test. they may have different % criteria for nts marks,academic recors and age... plus the stuff about 2nd test is highly unlikely cuz the 2 steps have already been taken care of! lets keep praying
