interview is just formal meeting of the EOBI with candidates. they check only verified candidates . noi ,marks, no credit so they will call candidates just according to number of seats. if number of seats 30 then they will call 30 candidates and remaining will be in waiting list. if one candidate is rejected on the ground of medical fitness, police verification,or degree verification. they will call another highest scorer from the waiting list.

so if a candidate is at 200 for AD op, then there is not chance for him as the seats are 50 only?

so if a candidate is at 200 for AD op, then there is not chance for him as the seats are 50 only?; i guess

Anjum Bhai,

As per discussion with an Ex- AD (Ops) of eobi who was terminated with other employees, He was saying that their batch was hired im 2010 and their first salary was 17000/- and they have undergone 3 months training at IBA Karachi where accomodation was provided by Eobi. His last salary was 60k+ having 1000cc car ammortized @4% for the period of 5 years.

He told me that as per currntr payscales our salary may go upto 55k.

200 in overall for AD op and 120 for punjab (including Islamabad). No chances?

I got 104th position in overall Pakistan..
and got 11th position in Sindh Urban..
