Dear,

i will suggest you to go for EOBI because as lecturer you will not have any subordinates but in EOBI you will have power specific area and subordinates. Last time those employees were fired who were not hired by merit. you will have probation period for 1 Year after that you will be permanent. You will have better scope in EOBI rather than lecturer.

Default Merit List...
Merit list will be prepared by EOBI as per NTS. NTS have nothing to do with merit list simply they will upload what EOBI will give them. Maximum chances are that only 2nd level test determine the merit.

apko pay structure ka kuch pata hai?secondly me degrees by person attest kerwa rahi hun jo k next tuesday tak kaam hoga ..i wana ask k jo meene hec website pe profile bnai hai us application mein print time aik chaalllan b mention horaha hai wo challan kahan se payment ki jayegi ?me lahore se attest kerwa rahi hun to hec llahore mei hi payment hogi kya?qk challan mein bank account number mention hai ...

HEC k regional office k sath he HB ki branch hogi, ussi date pe paisy jama kiye jaayein gy jis date pe verification karaani hy, plus aap degree attestation k liye abi se application submit mtt krna, jis din attestation karaani hogi ussi suba HEC ki computer lab se application submit krni hy taaky challan pe wohi date show ho......

If merit is decided on the basis of only 2nd test marks, then i am out of race straight away.

Its the era of Power dear don't make decision by considering additional pay of 4k or 5k. Don't compare always the jobs on the basis of pay but on the basis of scope. Both jobs have BPS-17 there will be no major difference in pay. your other query has already answered.
