University of Karachi offers Public Policy at master level but I am unsure about M.Phil and PhD programs. I think you must have studied a public policy course in master degree therefore, you must have to know about its applications. Both the fields have interchange importance. Nevertheless, public policy is an advanced tool to evaluate the public administration outputs etc...I did M.Phil from NDU, Islamabad. In my MPhil thesis, I analyzed the newly established National Climate Change Policy of Pakistan. I believe, having a public administration background you will enjoy the course...Good Luck.

you should attest master degree and transcript of both...if you can get bachelors degree earlier than its good if not than its ok

But faqs of hec says all degrees and transcripts are necessary to get a degree attested. So will they attest mine without bachlors degree? I have all transcripts n degrees excpt bachlors...
