I nid an advice
i got seelected in May as a CA in Dubai in a good reputing company established in 1978. .
In upcomming days they will send me the ticket and visa . .
After sending my documents to dubai ,i came to know about that there may be my chances in Eobi
but now i have no hope as both marks are going to be included
i nid an advice that if i am offered a job over here
which one i should prefer?

in my opinion, if id the company in dubai is well reputed, your contract is long standing and you are being offered handsome salary then definately you should move to dubai

on other side, if you doubt your stay period in dubai then eobi is better as it is permanent job with many benefits,

one thing you should remember is that, in eobi starting salary will be Rs. 39000 as per federal govt. rules so make your decision wisely

I have been teaching Economics in BZU from last 6 Years..I have 5 research publications in HEC recognized journals.. I have attended 11th International conference on Statistical Science and presented paper in this conference.. and I have also attended one research conference in India.. I have served 4 years after my master in National Commission for Human Development as District Program Manager Literacy DG Khan..I got Phd scholarship from HEC in 2012..Currently i am working on Health Economics in Pakistan..

Congrats for ur great success.. i have confirmed from many sources.. i came to the point.. merit will be based only on 2nd level test..it was also mentioned on the back side of slips.... anyhow EOBI is getting late due to few people passed in 2nd test specially in blochistan where only 50 candidates appeared in 2nd test.. most of the people focused to apply for asst director...very few have applied for the seats of executive officer.. 2nd level test was subjective from multiple disciplines ... so, candidates on junior posts for example (assistant) were unable to solve the subjective type paper.. this is the real prob that EOBI is facing and is late to update merit list..

its great to have qualified person like u in our batch . many congrats bro. any guess regarding announcement of the final result ?

The issue is not that the paper was subjective for junior level posts. The issue is that the paper was not according to the expectations. There were questions in it which required a masters degree in Computer Science for the post of Assistant. So they went above and above the heads of the students. I asked lot of students on that day, and no one was satisfied with the question paper. The students were looking here and there from the start, unable to digest the situation.

Dear Members

I visited HR department of EOBI head Office today.
the following information Elicited from Pervaiz Durrani the head of HR.

1. Result is delayed as country is now a days in complete decent into chaos

2..... Merit list is ready prepared and just requires Ministry of HR&D signature and delayed as due to recent condition of the capital city.

3. ....Merit list Imminent just in 2 to 3 days as it gets signature and normal life returns in Islamabad

4.. ,.Regarding post increase he said Chairman tried his best but the concerned Ministry not Given sanction hence worth dustbin.

5 ...only 2nd level test to be considered .He said. 1st test was to determine aptitude and eligiblty . I admonished that one of my friend,s brother is barrister and soon he will be in court. He said one of another candidate did the same but court rejected. It is decision of BOT which consist of senior official including concerned minister not alone mine.

6. .....Interview as soon as result displayed
7......No marks for interview and merit remains same as determined in 2nd level test.
8........Interview panel will check only verified documents
9.......only duly verified by HEC is accepted.

im curious enough about Mphil. To study in an exalted instuitions is my dream must come true. Im MPA (HR) from Karachi University . the following guidence are needed

1...What is the procedure getting GOVT scholership. Pl elaborate nature ,compositon and duration.

2. As my field of specializatrion is HR. I must confine to my field of study are must go for Public Policy as M pHil field. Pl offer ur valueable suggestion

3 .....Common wealth scholership round the corner. my question is that if Insha Alllah we join EOBI then will they give permission to go abroad next year october . Pl throw light on govt leave procedure and rules as for study leave .
