7......No marks for interview and merit remains same as determined in 2nd level test.
8........Interview panel will check only verified documents
9.......only duly verified by HEC is accepted.

all ur informations are very special.. thanks alot to share this.
As for u asked for scholarship:
A very simple way; visit HEC website u will find scholarships in many directions just on a click u will find all the information about the particular scholarship u have clicked.
Recentely commonwealth scholarships are being offered.
for this scholarship u must qualify NTS GRE test.. this is 1st step
secondly u have to provide a good and attractive research proposal for phd study in abroad...be careful foreign universities mostly offer scholarships on the basis of attraction in ur proposal and ur research publications. actually foreign university concerned department see the need and benifits from ur research.. this is actually the main point to secure addmission and scholarship in foreign..
Again listen; mostly foreign scholarships offered with refernce to HEC or some other sources require research proposal.... scholarships are not offered or selected by HEC, but are selected by the foreign universities....HEC only offer indigeneous scholarships in Pakistani universities...

as for as u r concerned EOBI jobs.. there is no such rule which support u to go for phd holding ur job in EOBI...there is a rule of study leave but this rule is valid when u have served at least two years in ur job after permanent orders

Hello friends
I have a little query. I applied for AD operations on the base of CA foundation & got 83 & 82 marks in both tests. I have verified my Foundation certificate from ICAP. Now apart from that i have done BA & ACCA. As you know HEC don't verify ACCA certificate. Now do i need to verify my BA degree from HEC???
All respected friends especially Aleewaraich & Naveedmohmand please provide some guidance here.

Jawad bhai... main ne BOT k minutes read kiay hain carefully.. according to minutes:
only 2nd test will determine merit and no interview marks... but there is only one confusion..they decided in BOT meeting that candidates will be selected on merit on regional basis... how many regions are there according to EOBI? i am confused to decide whether regions means provinces or region means all the Regions of EOBI offices.. for example one region is muzaffar garh and district dgk is the field ofc of that region... if this confusion is removed than situation will be cleared about merit fall.. if u have any idea then plz share

Nauman bhi phla tou meri ak suggestion ha ka ap process ki tntn na lein ap I.a. zaror select ho jaen ga. Dusri bat ya ha ka ya dep central ka under ha means Federal govt ka is mein division of seats totally province based ho ge, merit quota then punjab, sindh. KPK. Balochistan and Fata, gilgat baltistan. tou I am quite sure ka division of seats asa he ho ge na ka punjab ka regions mein seats ko divide kea jay ga. Baki Allah Behtr kra ga. Bs thora or wait next week tak sari Picture clear ho jay ge.

I am 18 years old. My family made my B Form with age 12 on it due to private reasons. But my Matric and Inter certificates have my correct age of 18. Also, I dont have birth certificate.

This age is already registered in NAdra in my B form. But when I apply for job in Pakistan, what should I tell to the Pakistani employers? Why my age is different on CNIC and in academic documents? Can u advise please?

Nadra ja ka change krva lo B form pa date. metric ka result sath attach krna ho jay ga correct...

Noman bhai thanks for sharing such a valuable info. guys its clearly mention in the BOT meeting held on 24 april, 108th no that merit will be based on second test scores. interview is just a formality to check the candates credentials. so.......... congratulations to those who got highest markz in the 2nd level test. :p
