Dear Shahid:

Many times i mentioned that there is nothing wrong in EOBI...why u all people approach in a negative way... there are many hurdles at departmental level to verify and upload the list.. its govt sector and u know well that in govt sector there are alot of proceedings that the officers and HR department has to follow... so plz be calm... as for as i know EOBI is a good organization... currently EOBI is suffering losses due to inefficient human resource that was appointed on political basis and The Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan has terminated 358 employees... so it is clear that EOBI is not going to do something wrong...

I am not asking about what you are telling. i am not asking about how many seats are available according to quota wise. I am asking "why my name is under the heading of Merit Quota, why not in Sindh Urban Quota"?

On what basis list is made by Miss Shabnam Naz. Is it based on 2nd test only? OR average of both tests.

wo to thek h k total seats provinces m quota wise distribute hngi, kia us quota sy further regions m distribution hogi?. E.g quota of Punjab=50%= almost 56 seats, ab ye 56 region wise districbute hngi?

If EOBI is going to hire all the employees on merit, it is going to make the history in history of Pakistan which is in my opinion not possible in Pakistan. Something is going wrong in EOBI. Hiring all the employees on merit in Pakistan is unbelievable thing. Keep expectations high but it seems useless

Ap k highest marks hain es liyay merit quota mein nam hy aur domicle city mein preferrence hogi means ap k case mein sub se pehly ap ko consider kia gy ga sindh urban mein..
