Dear i am telling his salary after 3 years... they were given 10k during training that time.

Isi liay to keh raha hun k ziada ke dhokay me jaa k phans na jana... I'm also getting more than double of ADs. I'm also concerned.

Let me dig out some specific information regarding compensation n benefits then I will share it with u. In which city intervws are expected either khi or islo?

Officers shall be inducted in EOBI Pay scales no.7 (equivalent to BS 17).
Liberal House Rent, Conveyance & Utility allowances, Transportation
charges, and other fringe benefits like loans for House Building, House
purchase, Motor car etc; facilities for Outdoor medical treatment,
Laboratory tests, physicians & hospitalization for self and family are
admissible. Compulsory Group Insurance, Provident Find and Pension shall
be admissible to the officers. Initial monthly salary will be around
Rs.17,000/- which is expected to increase further shortly.
