Dear Hamid,

There are 13 seats of KPK as per current scenario, and from these 13 seats, 1 shall go to minority while the other to woman, hence only top 11 KPK candidates shall receive the call letter in general. Please note that the cut off score for such shall be 72 (with another candidate of the same score being rejected), while the cut off score for the candidate competing in the women quota is 71 (also way to high). Moreover, the KPK minority seat went unfulfilled.

Only top scorer will be called for interview or 3 candidates for 1 post will be called for EOBI Interview? Anybody can clerify this?

Only top scorers in their respective qouta will be called for interview interview carry no marks there will be also the documents verification police verification and then medical examination

Dear Naveed, As you can see above that Ms. Shabnam has very well clarified regarding what we need to prepare for during the interviews. Moreover, I will add up to this that no one has to take interviews for granted, as an extraordinary circumstance may badly effect us; thus we need to dress up well and show up to them that we are right choice and we don't have any extraordinary issues.

In short we have to show that we are as normal as any human is

No interview board can ask any qs related to our previous jobs, current economic situation about eobi about ourselves from any where you should also prepare for that

Yes, there will no formal Viva Voice. It is just a formality to check the documents. For details you can check BOT Minutes No. 108 (dated: 28 Apr 14) at EOBI's website. You can find the relevant details on page 6 (page 7 of pdf)

One may call it an informal viva voice.

Interview committee does not carries Marks with itself but there is a possibility that they might have the authority to accept or reject a candidate. If it's on the basis of documents etc than no problem but if it is on the basis of viva than that would be really problematic.
