Kindly tell us what did you tell them regarding job responsibilities of AD operations? What do we have to tell them if they ask us this question?

Functions Of AD operation cadre

I categorized in two broad aspects

Inside the office

1 keeping informed the superior about the polices in action about the organization , firms .mills registration and contribution

2 Making polices and strategies as how to increase the registration and their contribution

3 implementing and executing policies and strategies as assigned by the superior

4 keeping in view the field workers and their performance

5 supervision ,controlling and providing rudder like leadership to subordinates

outside the office

1 visiting the assigned field now and then as to make sure business is on smooth track

2 motivating head of organizations . mills, firms and companies to get registered and contribute for EOBi

3 to see as their contribution in accordance with the number of employees . a firm with mi 05 employees must be client of EOBi and regular contributor

4 consulting the legal team if any client in deviation from the running rules of EOBI and GOVT of Pakistan social protection ordinance

@ Sadia; They took approx 10 to 20 minutes per interview.

@ as_ghazi: My center was EOBI House, Karachi

@ Faiza: It is possible that you may not what AD Operations does and they will let you know themselves. However, In my case I knew it before hand;
To summarize, AD Operations is allotted a certain region on basis, now the task of AD Operations is to ensure that the companies of that certain region he/she is in charge of, must register their employees with EOBI, so that the required EOBI Fund is bieng deposited with EOBI (This fund is then invested to ensure that in these employees receive some socio-economic security in the form of Old age Pension Fund later on in future).
AD Operations does this by looking making visits to these companies and by checking their documents, such as balance sheet and other accounts (For. e.g Annual Statement does disclose the number of employees that work at that company etc).

Interview for the post of Assistant was conducted on 15-10-2014 at EOBI House Karachi, Now what? How much more time is required in final selection?
