Dear i don't want to dispirit you, but truth of the matter is that SNGPL is not a dream job. Regarding work culture/environment, since Its a customer oriented company, so almost everybody has to deal with customers with different scope. I didn't like the environment personally. Presence of Union makes it more political & agitated. Executives / Management has to be very careful while dealing with subordinates due to union influence.

bad news:
this time SNGPL dont set standard passing marks criteria for all posts,,,,
wo different posts k liy different passing criteria set kar rehe han,,
means k ab hum candidates ko ye pta ni hu ga k jis post k against hum ne apply kia ha us ka passing criteria kia ha? or wo SNGPL ki marzi ha jis ko call letter send karen or jis ko send na kare,,,,,

Asif bhai, Pehla kon sa unho na website pe criteria likh dia tha?
We should not worry of setting different criteria.
I think, SNGPL learnt lesson from previous experience and now they will call appropriate no of candidates for each discipline.

Dear if you have good marks then no tension. You'll have fair chance surely. This may be a good thing because in some subjects people scored very low marks. They may get a chance this way.
