Few things:

HR: 3.1 (A) 12 - RollNo. : The highlighted number is your interview position that particular day. It's not a merit number.
About 24 - 28 people will be called each day for interview, can be from different departments.
Cut-off marks are different for each department.
No fixed number of people being called for each department. E.g. a lot of people called for chemical and electronics.
Comp Engg last merit is 68.

Total 52 candidates are called on 10 and 11 nov against billing officer. Last persons called for interview having 60 marks. My marks are 70.

Can anybody please find out that how many candidates in total have been called for this preliminary interview of officer procurement on Nov 20??

your source, i mean can you extract details about chemical engineering post??

its very simple. follow the steps
1 go to nts result page ( you find the link from your google chrome history ) the link works. ( mien link post karta hun tu cssforum allow ni karta,dnt know why) so go to july history on browser at that time you searched your result so link will be there

2 now paste there your roll num and of those near your roll number randomly

3 copy the roll number having 70,69,68,67,66,65 etc marks. and paste the roll number on sngpl site to see he/she is called or not. in this way you will find cut off marks

4 go to previous post on cssforum and you will be able to find that how many candidates are above 65,66,67,68,69 or 70

But I do no get they have set cut off criteria very high, for chemical engineering it is 68 i think.
If there are 10 seats for any post they usually call 30 candidates for interview, multiples of 3 for any number of seats.

its not necessary k 3 candidates ko call kar rhe ha 1 seat k against,,,,
usually 2 candidates ko call karte han 1 seats k against,,,
but again its depend on luck and department,,,,,,,,
