As you are currently work there hows the job? No surprise employees will be working half heartedly for this amount. Audit and accounts deals with money and vouching, these people should be paid more so they wont bribe.

Job is not tough,
Some employees do part time busines/job, while some also use unfair means for money.
Salary of an employee increases twice in a year and there are open chances for promotion in BPS 17 so dont be disapointed,
pay scales actualy start from 17, below 17 rates of pay and allnces are too low.

Now after promotion of 406 junior auditor as senior auditor, number of vacant posts wil decrease.

There were 600 + seats how much the promotion will effect the numbers? Will we now compete for 200 seats

I think PMA will hire all said posts and the scale will be revised.... 16 scale senior auditor to 17..
