I have received same letter dated 13 July 2015 from FPSC today and requirements are to be forwarded within 15 days of issuance of letter.

I want to ask from senior members of forum that, i am working in Federal Govt org on contract basis, at the time of appliying for subject post, i didn't apply for NOC in my org (cuz i had no chance of getting the NOC based on some experiences) and now Departmental Permission Certificate and Experience Certificate is to be forwarded to FPSC. What should i do in this scenario? How i can satisfy / fulfill requirement of FPSC?

They should share the contents , i don't know why fpsc haven't updated anything about it? May be those who failed to properly submit the documents are asked to resubmit the docs. But when the same thing happened in another job fpsc uploaded a list with names and documents we missed.
