Asghar khan the only option left with you is to get a copy of challan from bank where you deposited the fee, they have a copy with them for their record, get a photocopy of it and get it verified from the branch manager.

Yeah no doubt NBP is among the worst banks of PAK! but my dear that is the best bet for you in this situation

Default Challan Lost

I have applied recently in FPSC for a post; the Admission Slip which is received clearly state three prerequisites to appear in the test: Admission Slip, CNIC, and Original Treasury Receipt.
It is also mentioned that "Original Treasury Receipt(TR) of fee payment made within closing date for the post applied for. (Note: It should be noted that except Original Treasury Receipt (TR) no other document such as Photocopy/ Scanned Copy/ Bank Scroll/ Bank or Treasury Office Certificate would be acceptable)."

So it is better to pay a new challan form to be on a safer side because you may lost the job just because of 300 rupees. It's not a big price to pay for the job in NH&MP.

The Treasury Receipt and bank challan copy was taking by the bank , I only two copies with me out of four from challan.

So I am able to give the test or what is the Treasury Receipt means ?

Bank walon nain 2 copies apne pass rakh li and 2 mughy dy din , jis mein sy aik copy candidate ki hy aur aik copy fpsc walon ky liye hy but Treasury Receipt jo mention ki gaye hy wo to bank ky pass hy.

Iska kya matlab hy ?

now that the due date has expired for submission of challan, should i submit fee now???

dont worry seafarer you have a tracking id number, if you dont have it check your inbox or junk and fpsc has forwarded you your tracking number, you can retrieve your tracking id at any computer shop and get your form printed out, not a big deal

asadali khawaja thanks for your prompt reply, I have tracking ID but they have removed application form from the website so where i should put tracking ID?
