They called at least 50-60 people and only 25 appeared at the mill. candidates were called from different disciplines like instrument,electrical,electronics,chemical,mechani cal etc.

Final interview will be held at head quarters, Lahore in the next ten days.

Dear, I think they will call only those candidates for final interview who have been interviewed previously. Rest Allah knows better.

I beg to differ. The private sector has a tough selection criteria as they need strong result oriented individuals to protect their interests. I am working in ABL and I am learning what it takes to become a top technologically advanced corporate organization. I think this hiring has been done to fill the tech vision capable people in their ranks although it would be for infrastructure support only and doesn't appeal much to an extraordinary brain.

I asked NTS that where is the result ? they told me that they have forwarded the result to the organization and organization itself will contact candidates.

The HR department told me that they are only calling top 10-15 candidates from each discipline.

They have conducted one interview session at all their four mills.

Next step is the final interview at Lahore but i think if very less people will sign the contract then they might call other candidates as no one was willing to sign the contract of five years.

Assalamualaikum dear all, Alhamdullillah, by the grace of Almighty Allah, today, I received a call (some 042 ptcl landline number) from Al-Moiz Sugar Industries at my mobile phone number. The HR representative has called me for an interview at Mianwali on Saturday. I am really thankful to Allah for thy blessings. Please pray for my success. I have applied for instrumentation and chosen Mianwali as the station. May Allah help you all. Ameen.

Did you appear in the interview session conducted by the Al-Moiz Industry on the 31st oct,2014 or not?

MashALLAH congrats. May ALLAH grant you success in the interview on Saturday. Just one request from you, can you ask from them once u reach there that are they going to shortlist any more candidates or not for the interview?
