It depends on the accuracy of their measurement. If your height is exactly as you mentioned above then you should keep your hopes alive because 0.5" lesser than the required may be ignored or they might round it off to 8".

can you please answer us the following questions

1) Salary of Jpo?
2) jpo posting in with in province or it may b in all over pakistan?
3) jpo promotion chances?
