I think you should read the whole advertisement and eligibility criteria for each post.

Yes you can but you have to submit a separate application and challan fee for each post.

what are the duties of a national saving officer?

Is it a good organization to join?

What are the future prospects and chances of promotion?

can some someone with some relevant information shed some light on the national saving organization.

i have 3 years post qualification experience, its 5 needed for assistant director post....is there any chance of relaxation?

Yes, you can apply for that. As in advertisement it clearly mention master in business administration can apply.
