CDNS is headquarter, they will giving posting at Regional Directorates. Getting posted at Islamabad regional directorate is a bit competitive as low posts, and many candidates. So, they giving at regional directorates, which are nearby your postal addresses or your choices. Secretary/DG has signed all the posting letters already.

With this, many people are retiring at AD post with fast pace and organisational restructuring is also taking place so more brighter chances of promotion on time. Most of candidates are given regional directorates on their first choices. Later on after training, the regional directorate will post NSO at the concerned nearby National Saving Centres.

i guess hiring rupees means, if someone will perform his duties in recruitment and hiring process of organization he/she will receive extra salary.

No hiffa you are wrong...
Hiring means if you are posted in big cities such as Islamabad you are granted house rent up to 20000 thousand as govt house are less in numbers....this is called hiring...

Those posted in Islamabad get official residences, which are actually in severe shortage. So people are given rupee entitlement as per their grade. 17 grade job has entitlement of 20,000 rupees. Govt will give the 12 month rent directly to the house owner whose house you get on rent. It is better if you get official residence instead of hiring. Plus, hiring rates are different for other cities. And another info, this Job is Civil Service to be ruled under the Civil Services Act 1972 which has numerous benefits. You will be eligible for CSS age relaxation under this job. Other jobs in like state bank, Sui has, WAPDA , CDA, HEC etc are govt jobs. Those who get salaries from their concerned dept are govt officials like mentioned above and those like us who will be civil servant will receive their salaries from AGPR. Regards.
