An Abstract from the Job Portal of SUPARCO about short listing.

Important Instructions
- COMPLIANCE TO SELECTION CRITERIA DOES NOT GUARANTEE SHORT LISTING. IF A LARGE NUMBER OF APPLICANTS MEET SELECTION CRITERIA, ONLY THE MOST QUALIFIED WILL BE SHORT LISTED.
- Engineers should be Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- First division in final degree is mandatory, however only one second division from Matric onwards is allowed For Assistant Managers / Managers.
- Minimum age should be 18 Years and Maximum age limit is 35 years.
- All qualifications should only be from well reputed Board / Universities & Institutions.
- APPOINTMENT WILL BE OFFERED ON CONTRACT / CONSULTANCY /REGULAR BASIS.
- GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES SHOULD APPLY THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL AFTER APPLYING ONLINE.
- TEST/INTERVIEW WOULD BE CONDUCTED ONLY AT PLACE GIVEN AGAINST EACH POST. REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF TEST/INTERVIEW CENTER WOULD NOT BE ENTERTAINED. NO TA/DA WILL BE GRANTED.
- Candidates holding substantial experience in the respective field will be preferred.
- HIGHER STARTING SALARY IS POSSIBLE (IN RESPECTIVE PAY SCALES) AS ADMISSIBLE UNDER THE RULES.
- Only short listed candidates as per merit would be called for test & interviews.

Brother I know all this infact I did not apply for am.post as Iam not eligible for this but yes iam eligible for junir executive post...but they did not shortlidted for that...and its second time...thats so disappointing na.

I think they have shortlisted only those candidates which belongs to place where test will be held... i.e. candidates from karachi, Lahore and Islamabad are shortlisted only who fulfill the desired criteria and outstation candidates are not considered.... May be i am wrong but it seems like that..

any candidate applied for islamabad, got shortlisted for test??? asking about AM Finance..

No its not like that.I belong to Hyderabad but I am shortlisted for the test of A.M (Admin) and test center is in Karachi

Shah bahai basically karachi k nai par rehty tu karachi mae he hon...yahain education complete k....aur kia reason ho ge rejection ke...today I was calling to their office but no response.
