Default Guidelines regarding Descon Interview
Has anyone here given an interview for Descon as a Trainee Engineer or any Engineering discipline for that matter?What type of questions they ask and what subjects should be prepared?Any help in this regard will be much appreciated.

Aoa Hussam

I have came to know that they take 3 interviews 2 of them are technical while one is from the HR Personnel. They also conduct a group discussion session on a topic given by them in English.

Thanks for the valuable info. I think group discussion won't be held this time because they called me for technical panel interview but let's see.
