I called CAA they said seat has been filled and calls and letters process is completed. I am not in the list. Now it means your highest score, bright academic record and interview means nothing. Selection is made on a criteria which i dont know. Coz i had highest and you had second highest. Rest had marks below 60. Felling disappointed.

Bro I was thinking that might be they have made selection on highest score basis but feeling disappointed because after marks I have 3.9 CGPA and 80% FSc and 80 % matric. In fact i answered all the interview questions truly but one of G.K.

I remember one of the guy has more score than me but has 3.1 CGPA but he has low marks than you. Do not know what is there criteria of selection. If they go by highest marks than they should go for you and if they are selecting on academic basis than i think no one will have better academic record than me.

I agree with you i was also hoping that you would be selected and i have also 84% in matric, 80% in inter and 3.4 cgpa. My interviw was too v good. Feeling sorry n disappointed for you too.

Hmm telecom jobs are limited thats why i was really working hard for this job. Allah knows better. What is better for us.

Engr Asad Ali you didnt count highest scorer of Balochistan with 71 marks in NTS and he is already employed in CAA on contract basis.I have got 65 marks in NTS test with 87% in matriculation, 94% in undergraduate, 3.96 CGPA in postgraduate and 3 years relevant experience.

Brother those who were competing for merit where 2 from balochistan and 1 from FATA....if they are not selected on merit then they should be considered for provincial quota...........the one who was competing for merit seat from FATA is Sammykhan with 65 but unfortunately he did not get selected.......

I had heard that CAA goes for merit and does not go for unfair selection.
I called and asked twice to even tell me the name and score of the candidate selected from fata. But they did not answer my question. Why are they hiding the results? They should mention the final list on their website. I am disappointed because telecom jobs are rare and CAA announced these jobs first time for telecom engineers.
In yesterday's Newspaper I also have read news regarding unfair employment being done by CAA Manager. (Ummat newspaper 27th December 2014).

If 71 scorer was selected for merit then you must have a chance for provincial quota. But you are also a victim like me. Feeling really upset for the results.

I just remembered now that from Khi centre The highest score was 65 of 3 candidates including me. Rest 2 were from merit and one candidate was already working in CAA (grade 4) as asst. engineer. That candidate told me that highest marks are 69 and 67 from Baluchistan... and 69 marks holder is working here on contract basis. He was on number 1 to appear for interview but He was ABSENT that day. I was on the forth position to be called for interview and rest 2 were before me (second and third position). I asked the CAA employee regarding his (69 marks candidate) absence... That candidate said that may be he will appear from another centre. But i didnt find those 2 candidates having 69 and 67 marks from any of centres neither khi nor ISB n Lahore.. (I have not seen those candidates here in this thread to be mentioned by anyone from lahore and Islamabad centres). So here is the mystery that who else has been selected if we all have not been selected and remaining highest marks holders didnt appear for interview so who else has been selected???? I just remembered all this right now and shared with you all.
