well you made a blunder by not joining that organization; a bird in hand is better than two in bush. Still dont worry as they might have budget issues. you will get your appointment letter sooner or later.

that they will issue call letters to waiting list candidates within one or two months,

well!
What i came to know by a PAEC resource is that staff consider SPS 7 resource as an officer
But officers consider him as staff,
so little bit confusion between this
but if you get a job at sps 7 it is good to go
as you will be promoted to sps 8 within few years
