yes, training is mandatory. they are concerned with revenue, earn a lot of money (read haraam), promotion is bit slow, ...

Will this be a problem if somebody want to earn only Halal money while in this department?

Can someone please inform me what is the total pay for the inspector inland revenue including all allowances? In the advertisement it is written as BS-16 job.
