I am not sure, whether they'll email or not, but they will surely inform candidates by registered post at least 10 to 15 days, prior to their scheduled interview date.

First of all, I thank Allah and Holy Prophet (endless peace and choicest blessings of Allah be upon him), by whose favor we have every reason to be happy, faithful and smiling. The interviews shall be continued up til the first two weeks of August, 2016, that means the final recommendation may be made in the month of September, 2016. FPSC officers have all become very active, to be honest; if FPSC stays this way, I think then FPSC employees truly deserve their perks and privileges and they deserve our respect too for being the only purest and merit-upholding organization of Pakistan, a model recruitment agency for corrupt Sindh Public Service Commission to follow.

Default Interview VS Personal Hearing, FBR Inspector Inland Revenue
Salam to all of my CSS Forum colleagues!
I want to ask all of my dear friends that what is meant by Personal Hearing...? and one thing more that how will we be informed about our interview schedule as there is nothing mentioned at FPSC's Website regarding the Interviews to be held in May - June 2016.sad
What is the difference between Interview and Personal Hearing....?

"Personal Hearing", in terms of pre-selection in IIRS case, means If you are aggrieved in the pre-selection list, e.g if you are in the list of rejected candidates and you have the justification for the REASON FPSC reject your candidature, THEN, you are given a chance to be heard personally, with a slight fee I guess (to be deposited in Challan before personal hearing)....
For detailed information in this respect, you need to visit FPSC rules for general recruitment, available at FPSC's website.
I hope you would have some idea by now, what PERSONAL HEARING means.

Exactly it will be very helpful for the candidates whose interviews are scheduled on later dates. All the candidates are requested that please share the questions asked in interviews in order to better prepare for their upcoming interviews.
