It is very much possible. When they have mentioned that Sales Tax Act 1990, it means that Schedules are also included in it, as these schedules are part of Sales Tax Act

There is not going to be any test for antonyms, synonyms etc. as no Vocabulary is to be test; there is general confusion amongst candidates because of the inclusion of Vocabulary in various test-material books, which is an error. And not 75000, but yes around 65000 surely have applied for the post, according to a very reliable source. FPSC has to efficiently handle the whole process and within due time.

FBR, itself is not clear about its structure, isn't it??/
FBR organizational structure at headquarter divide it supports member into 4 section viz, member HRM, Legal, Admin, IT; as per Year book 2013-14 of FBR, however there is contradiction on its web. Website dictates five members in Supports division viz, Legal, Admin, IT, Strategic Planning, IR Policy.
Link for FBR Organogram:http://www.fbr.gov.pk/ShowArticle.aspx?actionID=59 Now the question, which pattern candidates should pursue for exam purpose????? Any one has any idea please shares |

Income Tax section will be mostly computational, in my unworthy view.

Situation-based numerical questions are expected, a paragraph-type numerical question may be given, based on what some three to four questions may be followed, since FPSC specifically included Chapter 3 of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 which is nothing but all about computation. As for Fiscal Policy of Pakistan, not to forget it is "Fiscal Policy of 'Pakistan'", not monetary policy or all other areas of Economics. About the English part, there is no inclusion of "vocabulary". I hope FPSC confine to the syllabus only, because publishers of books like Doggar, Ilmi etc., in their blind haste to do business thereof, have not.
